                It starts at the ambulance station Ange. Due to knackered legs from Mikes intervals, I not going to do this. I also didn't take my gear into work. And the World Cup is on. And its hot! So I won't be running later (I may as well be honest with my excuses!!!) |

                I had no Garmin and my stopwatch didn't start but although I have ran a mile quicker its looking like an official PB! I will have to wait till the official results. Im wondering whether to ditch the Garmin as my 5km PB was Garminless too!    |
