Does anyone know where and when the results from Pentyrch will be posted? I can't seem to find any reference to results past or present.

We had some success in this race.  Oli Williams, Matt Hurford, Caitlin Pearson, Caroline Dallimore, Julie Scholey, Rosemarry Moorhouse-Gann took home medals for South Wales Hill Running race and Matt and Caitlin for the race itself. Sorry I can't remember the ladies' categories (and results aren't out yet) but Oli won gold and Matt Silver, plus M40. Weather was perfect and the turn out was huge! You must do this race next year Lyndon, I think you'd love it. It is also very well marshalled, so you won't get lost.

Good point James but the distance is realistic for a mid-week evening race. Runners couldn't get there in time for an earlier start, and remember that slow folks (like me] need to finish the race before it gets dark. John has to consider his marshals too.
