We've been asked if we can help out with some marshals/help at 2 events in May, if you can help out could you please let me know.
#1. Cardiff Bay 5 mile - Monday 5th May
#2. Porthkerry 5 - Sunday 11th May

Phil,
I already commented on one of the other posts - Would it be ok for me to run the 5 miler and marshal at the Castles 10?
If you are still short on help at the 5 miler I will help.

Those who said they can help out at the Bay 5 on Monday, could you be at the Registration tent (just across from the Norwegian Church) at 8.30am, you will need to report to Rachel Madge. I'll be about but may be out on the course.
