Four of us represtented the club here:
Oli Williams ran the entire half marathon from way out in front to win in 1:14:12
Nick Dukes was 3rd in the full marathon in 2:48:54.
Stephen Quinn finished in 4:26:17, I managed 3:39:19.
Hope everyone who went to London enjoyed themselves.

Hi
For some reason myself and Donna's Greater Manchester Marathon results have not been noted on results section.
Could this be done?

One other race yesterday,was the Magnificent Eastnor Castle 7 which was quite a hard 7mile off road race in Hereford.
I ran 50.28, which was 19th out of 119 brave souls.

Phil and Claire have heard from Welsh Athletics that Les Croupiers won Welsh Championship ladies team award at London marathon. The three qualifying ladies were Maria Zubizaretta, Angela Champion and Angharad Mair (new member). Seriously well done!

Glad i didn't stop at 6 miles like i wanted to - those 20 miles of my head battling between 'you don't have to do this' and 'don't give up' are now worth it.
