Apologies for the late notice but the time has come for a Castle’s debrief.
We intend to debrief in smaller groups, with the specific volunteer teams attending this year to make the information a little more manageable. Rather than a stand up forum these will be small groups headed by a single person to avoid the chaos that can sometimes rule at Castle’s debrief!
If you are a member of the following team, you have feedback to provide and you are available please could you come to club at the following times for a debrief that should last no more than 20 to 30 minutes.
7.30 to 8pm
Timekeepers Debrief
8pm to 8.30
Flying Marshals Debrief
8.30 to 9
Backup Marshals and Finish Crews.
8.30 to 9 (as well)
General feedback (anyone else can attend to provide feedback)
Please come ready with any points you have to make as we don’t want a free for all. We want to be concise, constructive and quick!
