December may traditionally be the toughest month to train in.
I've got 4 cats - and they are currently in a variety of warm locations around the house, fast asleep. You may think they've got more sense than us, and you'd be right.
So it's likely to be cold with a biting easterly wind.
Think of the positives.
No ice.
The council have cleared the Taff Trail of those wet leaves - thank you.
It's the company you keep.
