A reminder from Rod Davies, WM.
"Just a quick reminder that entries for the Championships close on Friday.
If you have already entered, I look forward to seeing you at Brecon on the 21st.
If not, you only have three days to do so!
If you won't be entering, through injury or the belief that track and field is not for you, please consider coming along to join us and enjoy the action. If you could help out at all in any capacity for an hour or two, you will be even closer to the fun. The same applies to anyone accompanying competitors.

Just had a quick look at the entries for Sunday's, WM Championships - 145 athletes - 11 Les Croupiers RC.
Impressed that Richard Baker is confirming another side of his talents..... in the Field events (HJ+LJ).

Just a "heads up" for those travelling to the Welsh Championships tomorrow that there is a fell race at Pen-y-Fan. I expect there will be significant traffic chaos near the Outward Bound centre with cars of athletes and spectators occupying any spare space in the locality. The Western Mail suggested that the race will start at 10am (Penyfan Challenge Facebook page) but the web site https://www.breconfans.org.uk/pen-y-fan-race suggests noon. In any case, if you're travelling from Cardiff, be prepared for delays.
