Due to the uncertainty over the availability of the track on a week to week basis and them not able to give any long term fixture bookings it has been decided to base the Tuesday sessions at Bute Park for now. This weeks session:
Tuesday 2nd July
8-10 x 600m differentials with 75-90 sec recovery.
Meet at the parkrun cross roads ready for a 6.30pm start.
