Ake is engaged in an unbelievably tough race through the mountains of Wales. He finished 13th on Monday, 22nd Tuesday and 39th yesterday. Approx 400 runners of amazing quality from all over the world are involved. You can follow his progress here: http://www.berghausdrago...om/results/2019-results/

Just to confirm that Ake completed the 5 days in a very impressive 28th position.
He had enough energy left to drag himself into Costa this morning.
I'm sure we'd all like to congratulate Ake on this magnificent achievement, and he has confirmed that he will be running the Castles for us in two weeks. That's commitment!
