Tuesday session! (21.05.2019)
4-5 x 1k (off 90 secs)
Hi All
Meet at the 2k mark at parkrun. Will use the 2k to 3k of parkrun for the reps. Jog back to the 2k mark for the recovery. We can check out the markings before we begin. Be warmed up for a 6.30pm start. **SSAFA 5k on Wednesday so may be less than usual. I won’t be there**
