Who’s back on Track this week......
Tuesday’s (19/3/19) session : 12+ x 400m (around current 5k pace), recovery jog 200m.
The session will be on the track at Leckwith ready for a 7pm start. - we can't go on the track until then, but you can warm up on the path which is 3 laps to a mile.
Don't forget to pay your £4.20 at reception 😀

Oldest? Surely not. Good to be on the same track as such ..... legends. The backdraft singed the locks as you (and others) flew by. Really good turnout, the most I've seen for a while.
