Tuesday’s (15/1/19) session : 8-10 x 600m (around current 5k pace), recovery jog 200m.
For those tapering for a 10K on Sunday an option would be 6-8 x 600m differentials – the first 400m at 10k pace (or a 1-2 seconds slower) and then pick up the pace for the last 200m, this shouldn’t be flat out but should be a quick controlled pace.
The session will be on the track at Leckwith ready for a 7pm start. - we can't go on the track until then, but you can warm up on the path which is 3 laps to a mile. Don't forget to pay your £4.20 at reception 😀
