I attended a course yesterday by Welsh Women's Aid
It was raising awareness of Domestic Abuse and violence against Women.
2.6 women are killed every 3 days in the UK.
This is just one of the shocking facts I heard yesterday.
This course has left me so incensed about how women are being mistreated that I have to post the following helpline number:

Please also post this number on your facebook accounts for the long term. We have to stop this madness.
