I noticed alot of parkruns being cancelled tomorrow which means we may be busy! Does anyone know if any of the Cardiff park runs have been called off? Anyone braved a run yet! There's beong a la la and being sensible! I'm bored now though, haven't run since Saturday cause my Mum been ill now I'm dying for a run, think I'm getting withdrawl sypthons!

It's still very bad out on the roads / paths, with the possibility of freezing rain tonight. I'm frustrated by it too, but I'd be a lot more frustrated if I slipped and broke my leg! Think of all those lovely spring days just round the corner, be a shame not to be able to run when the weather picks up.

Phil has announced both Blackweir and Grangemoor are cancelled. So are all other South Wales parkruns.

A good call saftey is inportant. I ran it the last time it was cancelled and it was very silply! Actualy it was the first day of spring on Thursday! Ok own up who's been javing onesizes days! Even my dog doesn't want to out! Edited by user 02 March 2018 23:00:45(UTC)
