The two indoor meetings (Grand Prix 2 and 3) will be a chance for members to emphasise all the good work accrued over the Christmas period.
Further details of the championships are on the Welsh Athletics website and include the Welsh Championships 3000m.
Welsh Masters events include:

I will be there... have sent off my entry. Just a reminder if you want to be included in the masters championships you must be a member of Welsh masters beforehand, otherwise you will be entered as a guest.

Thanks Claire. I haven't entered yet but I may do the 800m and 1500m. I'll have to manage the marathon training programme wisely.
