An action packed weekend coming up with Llanelli and Wokingham, plus the event of the year which is the 10th anniversary of the parkrun! Whatever you are involved in or running I hope that everyone thoroughly enjoys the weekends festivities and races! I am sure it will be a fantastic weekend for the club all around!

Thanks, Lyn. I wonder how many students of the sport there are about.
Andrea and Graham Webster ran the RAK Half Marathon last weekend in the UAE.
Seen the results? 7 men under the hour (winner 58:42).
More impressive: 7 ladies under 67 minutes, winner Fancy Chemutai 64:52 (missed the world record by ONE second) and beat Mary Keitany by THREE seconds. London Marathon are talking up Mary Keitany's chances of breaking Paula Ratcliffe's supposedly unbreakable world record. Could be interesting!
