Dear runners!

For my (Ludwig's) master thesis I am leading a study on the relationship between training load and overuse injury

If you run regularly, have a distance tracking device and could find 10 minutes every week to fill in a short questionnaire, then I would kindly ask you to join as a participant in our study.

Participation does not interfere with your personal training program, the only task you would have is filling in a weekly questionnaire for 15 weeks about your daily running distance and duration alongside some injury questions.

Just checked the information leaflet but ....Question 4, are you free from injury? Is any one?
