GREAT day out at Llanfoist today,
another result for Kate beecher first lady home in a time of 32.37, followed by
Howard Owen in 34.03
Roy Silver 34.52
Simon Hazel 38.39
John Magee 39.43
Slow climb straight up the Blorenge followed by a fast decent, making sure you dont bang your head going through the tunnel near the finish.
