This is the facebook event: pace of those that are coming is 6:45 to 530 per mile. W https://www.facebook.com/events/179485402503796/Reps : 1 x 3 mile temp ( http://www.mapmyrun.com/routes/view/1337411929 ) 3 x 1 mile reps 3 Times the usual mile reps... proper handicap distance no cheating ! if you don't fancy the tempo then if you get to the start by 7:10 then that would be about right for the mile reps.. 1 meet at club at 630pm and run over start around 6:50 in park. cheers James the Bruce
