a few of us are starting winter reps at 630 from Tuesday 27th (PLEASE HIGH VIS TOPS !!!)
Plan to easy run to heath park and start reps around park.. and run back..
plan to be at heath part 645.. on corner by hospital entrance..

I have started running back and for to work now. Its 6.62 miles so 13.24 miles a day. I did it yesterday and aim to do it 5 days a week but im going to break myself in gently and mix it up with cycling initially. I think its the perfect distance away and its a beautiful route past Roath Park.  I aim to make a regular thing of the Speedwork as its perfect to acompany what im doing. Lydiard said regular steady running is whats needed to build a good base fitness and thats at the core of what im doing. I hope to make it next Tuesday as its a great session and its just what I need to finish things off! I just need to stay away from injury now I have got going again, so im treading carefully. I have alot of work to do to get back to full fitness!

so Plan Meet at club 630
or Meet at heath park 645 at the corner of king George V drive west and rhydhelig (post code CF14 4DF gets you close but not its all residences parking near by.. better to park birchgrove and run back.. or heathwood road.
