Hello Mick, Would you kindly help us to spread the word to all your fellow running athletes please……… This year’s Llantwit Major 10k race is being held on Saturday 27 August, entry to which can be registered using the link below. The cost of entry is £15 or £12 for fully paid-up Welsh Registered Athletes. http://www.llantwitmajor10k.co.uk/Also attached are details and an entry form, for the first South Wales Regional Trail Championship for many years, which is being incorporated within the Llantwit 10k, a competition which we as a Region, are very keen to promote on an annual basis. Similar to last year, if any of your friends or colleagues wish to act as a sponsor, we again would be extremely grateful for their help, large or small. Well - I thoroughly enjoyed this one. Well organised, friendly run around Llantwick and it's section of coastal path. A little up and down - but lots of fun. And, a beer festival at the end!

That sounded good; I could do with a beer tent now. I left my toenails, feet and legs - in that order - in Llanwonno Forest today, doing the South Wales Trail half-marathon organised by Run Walk Crawl. Huge respect for everyone who does hilly/trail marathons/ultras/Snowdon etc.
