Hi All, In celebration of our success (of all 3 teams) at the Castles and, most importantly, in celebration of me becoming a vet  , a number of us are planning on heading to Kemis (again!) after the long run on Sunday (probably up to the Castle Coch and back but if people want to run a shorter distance, that'll be fine). So all are welcome. It'll be the ususal plan of meeting at Café Castan at 9:30am. So I'm guessing it'll be 11:15-11:30 by the time everyone returns. We can all meet at Castan at the end anyways and just head over then. See you Sunday

Thanks Aine for posting. Will be supporting Martin W's wife Sue at the tri down the Bay but plan to be back to Cafe Castan for around 11.30 or Kemis if held up. See you later and have a pleasant run.
