I have a place for sale for the Born to Run Ultra Marathon on 29 March 2014. Classed as multi terrain but the route is predominantly on tarmac using cycle routes. Route: Out from Bynea Cycle Club (NCN Route 4) towards Burry Port, back through Sandy Water Park onto Swiss Valley Trail (NCN route 47) to Cross Hands and back to Bynea Cycle Club via Sandy Water Park.
