Sorry Guys but I think it's going to be a wet one! But I don't think it will stop anyone form enjoying the day! After all it's not every day you get Mo Farrah running around the streets of Cardiff. Good luck everyone running or helping and a big thank you to Phill and all his helpers for getting this event into Caridff. Sorry I can't make it afterwards as I've had an another invite but will see you later and maybe before the race but will catch up with you all on Thursday. Enjoy your lay in and all your choccy eggs on Sunday. Don't forget your clocks!

Good luck to all the croups running on saturday.I will be marshaling with I'm sure many more croups ,what's a bit of rain lol. Thanks about reminding everyone about the clocks Tracy but I think most runners have a wrist watch these days !!
