Cardiff Half fundraising - superhero world record attempt!

Hi all I've had my application approved by the Guinness World Records team to attempt the world record for the "fastest half marathon in a superhero costume (male)" at the Cardiff Half in march, I'll be doing it dressed as Superman, with the time to beat of 1hr 17mins 30secs, which was last set in Canada in 2014. I'm doing it to raise money for the Velindre Cancer Centre, which is somewhere I'm sure we all know someone who has benefited from. If you can run that fast in a Superman outfit, I think it's time I threw my trainers in the bin.Only kidding, it's a great cause and I'm sure you will do it. Good luck Oli.
