This Sunday it will only be 4 weeks until the Barry 40 and the official start of spring! To celebrate, I will be running 21 miles from cafe castan @ 9:30, hopefully in the good company of the usual collection of enlightened individuals - long runs on your own are the spawn of satan and should be banned for all eternity (allegedly)

I plan to be there and will be doing about 14/15 miles (its a 'step-back' week for me :-))

Thank you for posting David - and thanks for the publicity. Good company is, as you say, essential on long runs, and of course the company at the Barry 40 is exceptional.

A few of us are planning to meet at 9 to do a few miles before looping back for the 9:30 start. Post here if anyone else wants to join us - think it's myself, Maria and Angela at the mo.
