OK, so you've had 2 days to sober up. Sunday is long run day. No excuses.
And long runs are so much easier in company. You don't have to think about WHETHER you're going out, you simply turn up!
For many, new year's resolutions are now a reality, or maybe you have a spring marathon to consider.
Or perhaps you simply want to get fitter. Whatever the reason, just do it.
See you there.

I plan on doing this as I agreed to pick up Stuart Ball from Llandaff train station. SO this is really a message for him - do you still intend running on Sunday? If so just reply with your plans here and I will fit in with them.

I plan on being there but will only be doing 8 as I'm just returning from an injury. Haven't done anymore than 10k sInce I got injured (and my training plan says 8 also 😊) so I don't want to increase the mileage too much. See you all then.

Happy New Year One and All!
LC is going to kick arse in 2016!
I am joining in with you tomorrow C Bruce. Thanks in advance for the lift. You are very kind.
I should be at Llandaff Station for about 9.10am, if the train is not playing up.
I have your mobile number and will send a text too later on today.
I would very much like to do 10 miles please.
We can keep the young lady company for the first 8 and then make sure that the lads are not naughty for two more. :)

This is all very, very exciting!
I won't be sleeping again tonight now.

Surely there ar more LCs out there that need to take pleasure in a Sunday long run.
Come on and join in it is much better than watching rubbish on TV!

LC forever!

I plan to be there tomorrow and will probably do the Castel Coch route. I can't make it the next couple of weekends so need to ensure I don't miss out tomorrow!

Well that was fun! First time ever being a guide runner and I hope not the last (promise not to push you in the canal like Claire Jones!) Also the puddles were great, character building Miss Jones!

A few puddles is a gentle understatement - I think Dan would describe them more like lakes 😊. Anyway, have to say I really enjoyed it and the company made all the difference, especially the last few extra miles. Reckon I'm almost up for the beast of a hill soon 😊😊.

What a lovely day for a jog by the A470!
Lakes is right!
Lucky you only had puddles Mick. You must have gone the dry way :)
Well done to Claire Bruce and Claire Jones. You both did a grand job at kicking obstacles out of the way (Especially the big log) and guiding me around challenging conditions.
Thanks for leaving your warm beds...:)
and...by no means least...thanks to Ralph!
Really cool to have you running with us too buddy!
The info on Woody was very interesting. I did not know about him.

Well done to all that ventured out today.
You all deserve a pat on the back :)
