Congratulations to Natasha Farid for placing 8th out of 45 starters (4th lady) in today's 24 hours track race at Tooting Bec. Natasha recorded 180.85km (112 miles in old money) which although some way outside the 217 km she recorded at Barcelona last December still saw her ahead of many of the UK's top ultra runners. Well done Tash!

Yes,amazing and included a half hour break after 6 hours not up for it but Natasha's incredible son gave her a pep talk which allowed her to carry on for the 24 hours so even more impressive to complete when not feeling right.
