For those not doing the Swansea 10k or other races, look forward to seeing many of you at Cafe Castan tomorrow - weather looking good so plenty of shade along our route! I'm planning on 20 miles at 8 min per mile pace. Please post your intentions to assist other, from 10m to Castell Coch up to 20m or beyond for those who need the distance!
Hope those racing at Swansea and elsewhere have a great run too.

I'm planning to be there. I'll probably aim to do the 16 mile route at 8:30-9:00 minute/mile pace and see how I feel about adding more on at the end. I've done a 14 mile run today (including the Black Cock hill!) so not sure what effect that may have tomorrow.

My stepson, Ciaran, has also said that he may come along tomorrow, but I expect he'll change his mind overnight! His plan is to run with us up the Black Cock hill but then carry on when we turn left at the pub. He'll then make his way home from there, making it a 12 mile run.
