I was going to do track tomorrow as it there is football i'm going to do 1km reps at roath park.. starting from wild gardens road,, (top end of lake east side) thats heath side.. i will start around 645 to 7pm and do 8 x 1km reps.. below mike davis is going to the track earlier. oh bugger.. no chance i will manage that.. i will do reps at roath park lake at 7pm..
