After a few races recently, relatively free weekend for many of the half and full marathon entrants coming up in the next month or two, so an important weekend to get in a long run tomorrow, so looking for a big turnout! I'm planning to do 20m at around 7 min. 45 to 8 min. per mile, including an additional 4m at the end of the classic 16m route. Please post here to assist others in knowing who they can run with, including your planned distance. See you all there!

Thanks, Dave. I'm planning to run 16 and would welcome any offers for company. One of the main aims of this group is to encourage others, and one of the best ways of doing that is to post on here in the first place.
The more the merrier!

I'm planning on being there tomorrow morning and am planning to do 20 miles at 8:30 to 9:00 minute per mile pace. I'll probably do the 16 mile route like Dave and then add on the extra back in the park at the end. I've realised there aren't too many more weekends to get those very long runs in now before Snowdonia, with the Cardiff Half and the first Gwent League fixture coming up before then.

I also plan to be there tomorrow to do no less than 20 miles, probably at similar pace as Paul.

20 miles for me to at the same pace as Dave, well maybe not the last 4 but we will see what I am like in that unchartered territory!
Look forward to seeing you all in the morning
