If I remeber right there wasn't a 3000m event in Swansea. However I believe there will be a 3000m at UWIC in December. It will be on the Sunday following the Area and Vets X Country champs. It's not a vet meet but is open to all. There will indoor vets event in Janury and Feburary but no 3000m but will be one in the open races. Vets event will be 100m to 1500m ( but not all on the same day)plus field events. Remeber we have our handicape 10 around the same time too.
