This takes place on the 12 September in Tenby and Sunderfoot if anyone would like to support, don't forget it's the same day as the Swansea 10k. It also gets shown on telly. It's quite a challenging one as the bike stage is a loop around Sunderfoot going up that steep hill out of Sunderfoot. The run part is a 20 lap marathorn around Tenby. The swim is in the sea! Quite a challenge! Alot of people were trainning for it, some people throught I was doing it! In the Summer tEnby host a big wekend with an open water swin on the Saturday and the marathorn and half marathorn. TROTS hots the Tenby 10k which is good. Tracey I'm sure everyone recognises how public spirited you are in posting information, but it needs to be accurate. The Ironman in question (according to their website) is on the 13th September, whilst Swansea 10 km is on the 22nd. So no clash of fixtures. I dare you to do both!

Mick the 22nd is a Tuseday so I amguessing the 10k is on the 20th. You are right about the Ironman however they are clossing some roads off on the 12 so maybe that's way I got mixed. I'll do both but I need a new bike!
